What is Yugotour?

Yugotour is a guided ride through Yugoslav history in an authentic Yugoslav car. We like to call our tours 'time travel,’ because you'll not only hear stories, but feel, smell, see and experience the times of socialist Yugoslavia.

Where do tours start in Belgrade?

Yugotour HQ: Karađorđeva 11, Stari Grad, 11000 Belgrade.

How early should I arrive?

Aim for 10 minutes early, so we can start smoothly and get you into your Yugo time machine on time.

Are drinks and snacks included?

Yes—every tour includes a drink and a snack.

Can I pay in cash?

Yes, in Belgrade we accept Euros or RSD (Dinars), and in Sarajevo we accept Euros or KM (Convertible Marks.) In Belgrade, if you're not starting or finishing at the Yugotour Headquarters, you can pay your driver directly.

Can I pay by card?

In Belgrade, yes, but only if your tour starts or finishes at our HQ. Sarajevo tours are cash-only.

Can we start or end at another location?

Yes. Custom pick-up and drop-off is possible, though card payments still require a start or finish at HQ. Let us know your intentions in the comments field of the booking form!

How many people fit in one car?

A maximum of 3 guests (plus the driver.)

What do tours cost?

Most tours cost between €50 and €100 per person, depending on the duration and tour type.

Do you offer solo tours?

Yes, solo tours are available with fixed one-person pricing that varies by tour.

The Rise & Fall Tour: 3h or 4h—what’s the difference?

The 4-hour option adds a visit to the Museum of Yugoslavia and Tito’s Mausoleum (House of Flowers) to provide the full history.

Can I go inside the Genex Tower?

Yes. You can add a visit to the interior of the Genex Tower (€15 pp) to see a hidden Museum of Brutalism, and enjoy the views.

Can I add Tito’s Mausoleum and the Museum of Yugoslavia?

Yes. With many Belgrade tours you can add this for €15 pp. Note that it is already included in the Tito Tour.

In Belgrade, can I see Tito’s Blue Train?

Yes. With many tours you can add the Blue Train for €15 pp. We arrange the tickets, access, and guiding.

Do you offer airport pick-up or drop-off in a Yugo?

Yes, for €30 per car in Belgrade and €20 per car in Belgrade. Please share your flight number and arrival time in the booking comments or via email.

Can you create a custom tour route?

Yes. Tell us what you want to see and how much time you have at info@yugotour.com.

Do you host group tours?

Yes, we can host groups of up to 90 people. We can customize routes, breaks, and timing, and help you find a restaurant or bar for lunch or drinks.

How does group pricing (10+ people) work?

For groups of 10 or more:

€160 per car (up to 4 hours)

€45 per car per extra hour

Each car fits a maximum of 3 guests plus the driver.

Do you provide travel insurance?

No. Yugotour does not provide insurance. Guests are responsible for their own travel and personal accident insurance.

What if I’m late or don’t show up?

Please contact us as soon as you know you will be late or cannot attend. Reach us via WhatsApp at +381 66 900 8386. We will do our best to adjust, but if you miss the start time, no refund is due and we cannot cover the costs of catching up with the tour.

What is the cancellation policy?

30+ days: 100% refund

7–30 days: 75% refund

2–6 days: 50% refund

12–24 hours: 25% refund

Less than 12 hours: 0% refund

What if fewer people show up than booked?

We do not offer refunds for no-shows. The final number of participants can be adjusted up to 24 hours before the tour.
